Want want want

I know by reading my blog you guys must think all I do is want things and spend money. But this leather jacket I desp want!!!! I have been on the search for months for the perfect fringe jacket and I think I have finally found one.

-
The only thing that is holding me back from splashing out on it is 3 things,
1 ) it costs £180. That's over one weeks rent for me.
2 ) I've bought so much clothes this past few weeks and already own 3 leather jackets . ..
3 ) my boyfriend would moan and bitch
Looking at these 3 points, realistically is this really worth the hassle . . . Hmmm it totally is, but think I will wait a couple weeks, I've still got to buy my new boots from office

Festivals made easy

£79.
Available in black, red, green & navy

At long last, no longer do we have to awkwardly carry along our wellies in the mud while carrying our weekend essentials . . . Beer, baby wipes, clean pants etc. There is nothing more annoying than trying to balance everything on the fricking 10 mile all up to your camp spot. . . Ahh that's a little exaggerated but never-the-less its still a pain in the arse walk.

Hunters have answered all of our problems! The have introduced the fold away wellies!! Yay!
Just look at these bad boys, they are quite simply the best invention since the blooming light bulb!
Sadly for me, my festivals this summer have all come to an end and I'm now back at work, but I'm definitely going to be adding these to my basket on pay day.

Winter warmer

Ahh, I'm really struggling to gain any inspiration or motivation this weekend. I have spent the whole weekend in my pj's eating lots of food. I have, however, been doing a lot of online window shopping and noticed Asos have added some pretty tartan capes to their 'new in' section. I bought one of their wrap capes this summer for festivals and it was thee best thing ever! So I reckon I will order one of these tonight, only problem is what one to order? what one . . .

I got this fine cape for a bargain £11 in the sale. My boyfriend is also quite partial to wearing it so I def got my pennies worth out of it - Fact!

weekend festival pics

Here is the drowned rat themed pics I said I would upload . . . I will try to explain some of these pics to the best of my ability (which if I do, it will hopefullyprevent you all thinking i'm odd!).
This is our attempt at 'dirty' dancing at calvin harris.
Me, obviously at the left, wearing a reverse lace cape dress from asos

Sunday, pissing down rain ALL day!

Have 0 memory of this pic.

AHHH, the glasses chain, which again might I say is very practical indeed. Terribly ugly pic but had to big up the glasses chain!

Striking a great pose.

My fave shorts!!!

Also, might I finally say, I've had my Hunter wellies for about 2 years maybe 3 actually. And they were filled with water on the sunday!! I thought Hunters were the best things since sliced bread! I have been proven wrong. Just remembered my friends Munter wellies. Have a look.

Today Im wearing, 1970s inspired

Dress - River Island
Belt & Necklace - Primark

Yet another Maxi dress!
And yet again Alfie wanted to be in the picture lol.
Love this dress, this is the first of me wearing it since I got it 3 months ago . . . I have a tendency to buy clothing and forget I have them. Today I will be packing my luggage (rucksack) for T In The Park weekend (which is reported to be thunder and rain) . . . Yay! I will be sure to take loads and loads of pics of me looking like a drowned rat!

Today I'm wearing, brights on a rainy day

Necklace - Primark
Ring - ASOS
Top - New Look
Shorts - River Island

Can you tell I was a little bored when I got home today? I've just spent the last 30 mins mucking about with these pics, but it is raining (hopefully that prevents you guys thinking I'm a sado). I love these shorts but sadly you can't see them great in the pic but they're River Island's spring/summer 2009, but they're fab and still look brand new considering I wear them every single week. Now I'm away to apply my fake tan for T in the park this weekend (which is reported to be thunder and rain ALL weekend).

Its a catwalk. . .right??

The highlight of most of our summers is buying our summer outfits. For me, like most girls, I love picking out outfits for festivals - it is simply one of my favorite things to do. Yet I don't want to look like I am trying to look 'festival wannabe'. I want to be 'festival chic' Ha! It sickens me the amount of clothes I have ruined or lost at festivals, and this year is no exception. I have ordered a lovely cream crochet cape dress. . . which will get destroyed (obviously).

When did festivals start becoming a fashion show? lol. But we do love checking out everyones outfits, don't we?

So here is some of the hotties and not so hotties from this years Glastonbury.
How hot does Alexa Chung look. Loving the leopard print coat, looks very cosy! Oh, and of course the Chanel bag. .very glam.

Jamie Winstone. . .No comment

Will Young. .  I know Will Young looks blooming HOT!

And finally the queen of festivals and wellies Kate Moss.

A little about me & today I bought

I've not really been doing much personal posts lately, I really need to get back into doing my 'today I'm wearing' posts etc, etc. So I wanted to do a little post of my favorite things at the moment.

Herbal Tea
I am turning into a herbal tea junky. I first got hooked on the old herbal teas when I was pregnant as apparently raspberry leaf tea helps with pain of labour and induce it . . . It does not! lol. Now I'm loving green tea, peppermint and fennel tea which is supposed to help with my diet (and which I really believe they are helping). Today I bought nettle tea to take on my summer festivals as it apparently helps with hangovers.

Fitting into ALL my clothes
I've lost 11 pounds so far and can now fit into everything in my wardrobe (some things are even to big for me!). So I have loads more choice when getting ready every day!
It's the weight watchers plan I am following, and even though I am dieting, I still get to eat all the things I love . . . within moderation off course.

Anyway, enough about me. Today was a stunning summers day so I went to St Andrews (Scotland) for the day. I originally went for charity shopping but sadly there was nothing that caught my eye, so I ended up in H&M and got a couple items to take with me to T In The Park festival next week.

Oversized racer back vest £4.99

Cardigan £9.99
Pic doesn't look great but is very nice on.

More festival buys

I'm feeling very uninspired at the moment, really dont know why but I am. So here is a little (boring) post for you guys. A few things I ordered online today for the old festival season.

                                                                               ASOS

How practical yet stylish(in my eyes) is it to have this chain for my sunglasses!

Yep!! some neon body paints ( a must have!!)

Busy day

Even though Primark is bargain central, I always seem to over spend. Today when I got home with my shopping bags and took everything out, and had actually forgot half the stuff I had even bought. Its like I just wander round the shop throwing pretty much everything and anything into my basket. Although today I do feel I got some really nice stuff for my cash.
I wont bore you guys with my 100 pairs of varied coloured pants..(more like 5 pair). But here is what I got.

The fringed shorts are another item added to my festival wardrobe.

Anyone recognise the similarities of this skirt to the one in Topshop..This one is a fraction of the price though.

Also guys, I cant comment on any blogs or even my own. Any advice on how I can fix this?
