Another lovely swap

Well I did another swap with Sue over at Tokki and Oliver. And again it went perfect and yet again all the items I love. She really spoils me! Anyway If you haven't read I occasionally do swapping as I'm a terrible sucker for buying too many products, main reasons being.

1. I just like to buy stuff.
2. I think I'm going to use it but don't
3. I have a terrible problem where I buy products I already have. Main reason I'm a sucker for buying nail polishes in the same shade of pink. Therefore resulting in a massive box of pink nail polish and I still wear the same one I bought last summer!

Anyway rather than let everything go to waste its better to swap it for something you would actually use, huh.

Sooo, here is what Sue sent me. I don't want to tell you what I sent her as I think the postman has still got it. But be sure to check out her blog.

Excuse the poor pics. I'm still having to run around to borrow computers and I find all this technology brain frazzling, so I couldn't crop my pics etc so you could see these goodies better.

Anyway I get a new laptop next week so I will be back to regular posts (hmm if I can handle the new technology).

50% of E.L.F cosmetics...Yes please!

Received an email from E.L.F today (sure most you guys got it) offering a whopping 50% off everything on the UK site!!  Anyway, I have been desperate to try their products so I think I have to take them up on this fantastic offer huh. Anything you ladies would recommend?  I'm a bit of a snob with my make-up, I always stick to Dior, Mac and Benefit. I think living off a student loan for the next year I've really got to get my head out of the clouds and find some alternative brands.

A Saturday afternoon rant

Well, my glossy box did not arrive and I won't get one until next month, which if I'm being honest, I'm glad about as the June box looked rubbish! I also got an email from 'glossy box' saying they will now be charging £2.95 postage cost, yet didn't explain why they have taken money out my bank account in May but no box until July. Hmm, rant over.

Anyway, browsing to find an alternative to glossy box, I came across Boudoir Prive box which really looks promising. I thought I would share it with you guys (I bet I'm the last person to find this box huh lol). From what I have read each box contains 6 products rather than the glossy box 5 and the products range from body, make-up, lifestyle and more. I have even got the impression that the Boudoir Prive box will be a little more prestigious as well so it's ideal for us classy ladies. And finally, it only costs £10.00 a month!!

Swap Shop & Giveaway Update

You can probably guess from the title of this post it's a swapping website where you can swap make-up, nail polishes and clothes etc. It does take a little time to understand the website (well it did for me!) and suppose there is some risk in swapping. Asos - Marketplace

I'm sure any of you guys that are regular asos shoppers, you will have noticed their marketplace page. Ideal page for any vintage lover and is very well priced too. So much less hassle than searching pages and pages on ebay for 90% of the stuff not to be actual  "vintage", or even raking through rails of clothes at a vintage fairs or stores. Iv found a few items that I want for pay day(fingers crossed they're still there by then..) Oh and you can even sell on it and also apply to have a boutique!

Free MAC mascara

Hi Guys,
Just another short post  MAC uk sent me a email today saying any order placed between today and the 10th of this month, you will receive a mascara worth £17.50! Don't know if its just for recipients of the email or anyone, but is worth a try getting one if your planning on ordering something.
