Well. . . I heard fantastic reviews about these but for me they were no good. I felt a little poorly ever time I took one, so for me personally they were no good.
I'm really funny with things like this so it was kinda predictable they wouldn't work great for me.
I think I will stick to good old Weight Watchers in the future
